COMPLAINTS POLICY

We at Birthtale strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. If you feel that we have not met your needs or you have a complaint or concern about the service you are entitled to ask for an explanation. Please email us with your complaint and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. 

Your complaint will first be dealt with by Birthtale however where appropriate we will consult our insurers and/or professional body. 

Your complaint will be treated in strict confidentiality and have no effect on the level of treatment or care you receive. 

 

Birthtale will:

 

Make sure you receive an apology 

Examine what has happened and what went wrong 

Make it possible for you to discuss the issue face to face if this is what you would like.

Keep you informed 

Identify what we can do to make sure the problem does not happen again

If you are unhappy with the put come of your complaint you can seek further advice from the Nursing and Midwifery Council www.nmc.org.uk
